Our proposal is for an urban extension of up to 1,000 new homes on this 120-acre site. This will be delivered alongside a new community hub consisting of a wide range of amenities such as a new school, care facilities and major new infrastructure including a spine road.
"We are currently working on over 40 sites equating to in excess of 1,000 acres of land throughout East Anglia and the South East of England”.

Our proposal for is for major infrastructure improvements to address a locally identified highways issue alongside enhancements to the local primary school. These measures will be delivered alongside residential development across the 45 acre site to help contribute towards the Council’s housing targets.
The site extends to 29 acres and is located to the South of Cambridge, with excellent connectivity into the city by road and rail. We are proposing a low-density residential development alongside a care village to address local demand, as well as new green infrastructure and amenity spaces.
This is a nursery site just a short walk from the High Street and Chigwell Station, with easy access to London via the Central Line. It is being promoted for a mixture of care and residential uses alongside a well thought out landscaping scheme to help provide a defined edge to the settlement.
Our scheme consists of 118 new homes with a mixture of types and tenures to address the locally identified housing need. There is also a new area of public open space which has been designed to create an attractive gateway into the site, and mitigate the impact on a Grade II listed building. The site was granted outline planning permission in February 2017.
