Haddenham
The site missed out on an allocation in the emerging Local Plan, and a Promotion Agreement was entered into in 2016. Following a pre-application meeting and dialogue with the Parish Council, an outline planning application for up to 34 dwellings (later reduced to 33) was submitted in 2018. A delegated approval was granted in 2020, and the site was taken to the open market where it received a good level of interest. The site was sold to Castlemore Homes in late 2020.
