Our site in Irchester (Wellingborough) for 75 new dwellings has been sold to Mulberry Homes. Scott Properties began work on the site in 2018, securing an allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan and then an outline planning consent. Following a competitive tender process, Mulberry Homes was identified as the preferred housebuilder for the site, and we wish the team at Mulberry all the best for this development.
