Following the grant of outline planning permission in September we are very pleased to have completed the sale of our Marriott’s Park development in Taverham (Norfolk) to a consortium of Barratt Homes, Norfolk Homes and Abel Homes.
Scott Properties promoted the site through every stage of the Greater Norwich Local Plan and the Taverham Neighbourhood Plan, securing the allocation of the site in both plans. Following extensive stakeholder and public consultation, a planning application was submitted for the construction of up to 1,530 new homes including specialist care units, a link road, land for a primary school and medical/community centre, a local centre, a multi use sports pitch, and extensive public open space and landscaping.
