We are very pleased to have completed the sale of our site at Fir Covert Road in Taverham to Xanadu Taverham Limited. The site benefits from detailed planning permission, granted in October 2024, for the construction of a 70-bed care home with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping and amenity space provision.
