Scott Properties were able to promote the site through every stage of the emerging Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan, achieving an allocation for mixed-use development. An outline application was submitted in 2022 for up to 1,530 dwellings alongside land for a new primary school, local centre, community hub, allotments and significant recreation and public open space provision. Following the grant of outline planning permission in September we are very pleased to have completed the sale of our Marriott’s Park development in Taverham (Norfolk) to a consortium of Barratt Homes, Norfolk Homes and Abel Homes.
